MEETINGS, SEMINARS, & INDUSTRY EDUCATION
NTTC’s meetings and seminars give you the opportunity to meet with fellow carrier personnel, interact with suppliers of goods and services to the industry and refine your management skills.


OTHER SERVICES AND OPPORTUNITIES

• Safety is critical to all tank truck operations and the needs of bulk carriers are unique. NTTC places special emphasis on safety and environmental compliance In addition to special bulletins, the Association conducts safety and tank cleaning conferences each spring. The NTTC staff takes to the road for four fall regional safety meetings at sites throughout the nation. The Annual NTTC Safety Contest honors carriers whose safety management programs produce exemplary results.
   

• NTTC’s Annual Conference (during which the Association holds its Membership Meeting and election of officers) is a three day event featuring outstanding speakers and a display of the latest equipment, accessories and services available to the tank truck industry.
  
   

• NTTC hosts and coordinates (with the Truck Trailer Manufacturers Assn. and the American Petroleum Institute) our "Cargo Tank Maintenance Seminar". On average, over 600 attendees participate in the largest tank truck equipment show in the nation. Geared toward operational and maintenance specialists, the seminar consists of over 125 exhibit booths plus "seminar type" presentations with speakers from government and suppliers.

• NTTC sponsors an annual "Management Development Conference" to enhance the leadership skills of the industry’s middle management personnel as well as the Association’s "Executive Strategies Forum" targeted to carrier owners and top executives.
